I spent a decade building industrial operations around Europe. This included a jet engine maintenance centre for GE & Lufthansa, ARRIVAL\'s first MicroFactory for electric vehicles, and the world\'s first AI-controlled food greenhouse. At the end of this time I realised - there are plenty of incredible engineers working on the technology for a sustainable and prosperous future. We need more of us working on how we collaborate around that technology as it scales. So - I joined the team at Planet A Ventures, where we support early-stage European tech startups with funding, mentoring and impact forecasting to build the economy our planet needs.
