After completing my Masters in Data Science degree from University of Southern California, I am actively looking for roles that use Machine Learning to solve real life problems leveraging big data technologies. My interest in data science is two fold:1) How is big data stored across multiple devices and platforms so that it can efficiently retrieved later on?2) How to find interesting trends and pattern from large scale data sets?Basically I am learning how to handle data when the scale of data becomes big. For this, I learnt cloud technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Dataflow etc. Also another aspect of data science is to be able to find something useful from the data that can be used. This is where the Machine Learning comes in. I am interested in applying Machine Learning techniques to find and predict current and future trends in data. In the past, I have been involved in teaching Computer Science students at CASE university.
