ABOUT SAMITHA HEANTHENNA

I\'m an open-minded person with excellent written and communication skills as well as a person who has the enthusiasm to work with teams, accept challenges, and succeed in challenging tasks. I always believe that we should follow and hustle for the things that we are really passionate about in our lives during the short period of time which we can learn and work. So that we can be proud of when we look back at our own growth and the value we added to our families, workplaces, and society. During the past 6+ years, I worked with senior project teams and directors of successful startups & matured businesses delivering IT projects and leading the project deliverables. As a Technical product manager, there is always a huge responsibility on my shoulders to manage the product from a delivery point of view as well as to manage the expectations of the Team, Investors & Directors. Adopting to change, Accepting challenges, Learning from mistakes, and Learning how not to do things are the 4 best friends that I like to keep close to whenever I\'m assigned a new task. So far I have proven my skills and ability to manage the technical and operational aspects as a profound leader and helped the business to achieve many great things. I have completed my bachelor\'s degree in the field of software engineering at SLIIT which is one of the best technology institutions in Sri Lanka in 2019 and confirmed the foundation of my industrial life. Also, I have completed the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) offered by Scrum Alliance and validated my technical knowledge by completing the RPA Business Analyst offered by UiPath Academy. Currently, i\'m pursuing my MBA special (PM) at Cardiff Metropolitan University - UK.
