Senior Welding Engineer at HMH :\\\\n• Perform the role of Senior Welding Engineer for HMH\'s Drilling and Pressure Controlling system.\\\\n• Provide global support for HMH\'s Welding/Material engineering, including reviewing supplier WPS/PQR and supplier qualifications.\\\\n• Ensure compliance with Project and Supply Chain requirements for New Build projects and DLS (refurbishment) projects.\\\\n• Serve as the \"Welding Coordinator\" for HMH\'s Brazil and USA facilities, ensuring adherence to ISO 3834 / ISO 14731 standards.\\\\n• Provide technical information related to materials, welding processes, and welding procedure qualifications to the global tendering team.\\\\n• Participate in various project-related meetings with clients.\\\\n• Represent the company in API change board meetings, ensuring alignment with industry standards and requirements.\\\\n2. Field Service Engineer (FSE) for HMH DLS (Drilling Lifecycle Services) team:\\\\n• Support the HMH DLS team as a Field Service Engineer.\\\\n• Conduct corrosion, weld quality, dimensional, and coating inspection activities for Risers undergoing recertification.\\\\n3. Lead Quality Surveillance Engineer:\\\\n• Assume the role of Lead Quality Surveillance Engineer, supporting HMH\'s global supply chain operation from Mumbai.\\\\n• Review supplier ITPs, SMDL, NDT procedures, WPS/PQRs, PWHT procedures, and manufacturing documents.\\\\n• Conduct inspection activities at the supplier\'s location on behalf of HMH\'s Germany office, primarily for mining and construction equipment.\\\\n• Monitor and improve team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), optimize utilized man-hours, and provide budgeted man-hours to the Supply Chain team for new projects.\\\\nIn these roles, I have demonstrated my expertise in welding engineering, quality inspection, and supply chain management. I have successfully coordinated welding activities, supported global teams, and ensured compliance with industry standards and project requirements.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
