Coached team in identifying various factors that contributed towards degraded performance. RESULT: Through a series of in-depth, drill-down experiments that spanned six months, team was able to narrow the cause of the issue & propose design fixes. Streamlined the Silicon validation process on a new line of TI products. Mentored & challenged the engineer to come up with a standardized hardware & software design methodology that would allow the building & reuse of IP. RESULT: A new system was completely built from the ground up, reducing hardware costs & engineering effort, allowing company to contract large portions of the product validation effort, which reduced cost & accelerated the time-to-market.Created & executed a detailed project plan to rapidly transfer products running on outdated systems to the new generation systems with higher bandwidth. RESULT: Through effective hardware & software reuse, within the first year as an individual contributor at TI, designed, validated & released seven products, tripling the expected number of releases for the year.
