Secured Aarohi’s membership with the Mountain Partnership by FAO, strengthening advocacy for sustainable mountain development. Key initiatives include spearheading survey mapping, due diligence, and operational management for a nurse-led primary healthcare clinic focused on safe motherhood. This community-led ownership model benefits people across Nainital, Almora, and Champawat districts. Successfully transitioned Aarohi’s cottage hospital into a 24x7 facility within three months, improving emergency care for residents across 25 villages. Enhanced healthcare operations by introducing SOPs, systems-based approaches, and accountability frameworks, leading to Permanent Clinical Establishment Registration within a year. Improved surgical care access by 71% through stakeholder engagement and efficient camp management, reducing financial deficits by 40%. Leveraged teleconsultation technology to provide real-time radiological and trauma care support. Achieved a 50% increase in OPD registrations and surgical patient volume through strategic outreach and stakeholder communication. Initiated the digitization of medical records and facilitated HMIS vendor selection.
