With over 15 years of senior leadership experience in various challenging contexts and roles, I am a successful Headteacher and School Improvement Advisor who is passionate about transforming the educational outcomes of young people. I currently work as a School Improvement Lead at Our Lady of the Magnificat, where I support Headteachers and Educational Leaders on developing and implementing effective strategies for sustainable improvement.My motivation stems from my own personal experience of overcoming adversity through an excellent and inspiring education.
