Performance outcomes are what I\'ve spent 20+ years learning to deliver. Today, I work with business owners who want a partner, not just an adviser. I\'m an engineer who came up through automotive and motorsport — vehicle dynamics at Jaguar and Aston Martin, including the DB9 suspension platform and a Daytona-winning prototype. An engineer who enjoys talking to people. The thing I love about dynamics is what matters is how the car performs in your hands - not on a computer.After my MBA, I founded Pace Insights, building data products internationally for performance directors and innovation teams across Olympic and professional sport. Our tools helped teams win 41 Olympic gold medals and reimagine their performance pathways. We also optimised the running path for Eliud Kipchoge\'s sub-two-hour marathon. Credited with delivering an 8-second gain, Eliud became the first human to break this perviously regarded \"impossible\" barrier.In 2020, I founded Your Data Driven, serving a global audience of amateur motorsport enthusiasts. Thousands of drivers and engineers have taken my courses, use my tools, and read my articles to set faster lap times and set up their cars with confidence. In 2022, my motorsports podcast was in the top 10% most shared of all podcasts on Spotify.Since late 2022, I\'ve been using AI daily to research, design, prototype, and ship products. Warts and all, I\'ve been supporting businesses to figure out how to apply AI in their operations, automation, and decision-making — and where not to.Sometimes that starts as consulting. Sometimes it starts as co-building.I\'m learning all the time and always open to conversations with people building products or running teams in environments where performance is your goal, and the path towards achieving that is unclear.
