ABOUT SAMIRA SAFARIKIA

I\'ve consistently embraced challenges and innovative strategies. I firmly believe in going beyond the ordinary to achieve remarkable outcomes. In my current role as a Scientific Project Manager for over 3 years, I lead various scientific projects, including experimental and preclinical initiatives, with a keen focus on pioneering innovative solutions and therapies. Collaborating closely with KOLs and interdisciplinary HCPs, I build relationships and facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. I have established partnerships with different pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies, where I provide scientific leadership by discussing early development data to implement solutions, developing projects, setting timelines, and analysing data assessing the impact of novel techniques on therapeutics amongst others.I excel in preparing scientific documents adhering to regulatory standards, including funding submissions, ICFs, technical protocols, and publications in both English and Italian. Presenting and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams and delivering results to different experts in the field are amongst my strengths. Before pursuing my Ph.D, I spent 3 years as a QC Manager in R&D, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to quality and safety compliance. This experience honed my problem-solving skills and risk management.My aim is to develop myself as a leader; being involved in innovative strategies and together make impactful changes in patients’ lives as well as the environment.Beyond my professional life, I am an ardent enthusiast of art and history. I find joy in painting, exploring new destinations through travel, and actively supporting sustainable initiatives.
