ABOUT SAMIRA DADGAR

With over 13 years of experience, I specialize in advising companies of all sizes across diverse industries in both the private and public sectors on accessing nondilutive funding. This includes grants, loans, and tax credits, through the processes of identification, application, contracting, reporting, and auditing. In the past four years, my focus has shifted to Sustainability and Climate funding opportunities, including the new clean economy Investment Tax Credits (ITCs), to help Canadian companies significantly reduce their carbon footprint and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050, particularly in the energy, resources, and mining sectors. I collaborate closely with my clients to understand their upcoming investments in sustainability, clean technology, renewables, hydrogen, energy storage, digitalization, robotics, or any other significant expansions. This allows me to determine the optimal combination of incentives to make their projects economically viable. Throughout my career, I have assisted companies in both consumer and Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER & I) sectors in accessing substantial funding programs ranging from $1 million to $300 million. These funds support approved capital and labor expenditures for business expansion, environmental footprint reduction, and business transformation, providing a competitive market advantage. I offer my clients strategic roadmaps on funding options, detailing their impacts on project aspirations, expenditures, and timelines to maximize funding opportunities. My passion for securing funding for my clients drives me, and it is this dedication that energizes me the most.
