Lead end-to-end Early Careers recruitment for HR, Communications, Finance, and other departments across EMEA, managing high-volume pipelines with a strong focus on DE & I.•Design and project manage bp Discovery Week for 50+ DE & I candidates in 3 different streams: Future Women Leaders, Black Heritage, and Social Mobility students.
