A Chartered and Professional Engineer, he is accomplished in Finance, Marketing, & Strategy Management. He was Share Holding Managing Director of Indo - German JV manufacturing Construction Chemicals Company for over 30 years. Expertise in launching Construction Chemicals and dry mix mortar plants all over the world. As an expert Concrete Technologist has developed several Specialty Concretes viz HPC, SCC, FRC, Acid Resisting Concretes, Foam Concretes, Pervious Concretes etc. incorporating SCMs like silica fume, Aluminates, Fly Ash, Fibres, GGBSF etc. to make the Concretes Sustainable and green.Have delivered over 800 lectures in Concrete Technology, Building Chemicals, Repair & Rehabilitation, Concrete Admixtures, Waterproofing & Protection of Concrete, Industrial Floorings etc. at Seminars held by various Professional Bodies, training programs arranged by Corporates, Institutes, Several Engineering & Architectural Colleges. His lectures are attended by over Professional Engineers.He has published over 100 technical papers and Articles in several national & international Engineering Journals. Have trained over Engineers & sales professionals in Marketing/Sales/communications/Public speaking/soft skills. He is recipient of ACCE Gaurav Award. He was awarded “Outstanding Concrete Technologist Award by Indian Concrete Institute. Life Time Achievement Award 2024 by Waterproofing Association of India (WAI),Eminent Alumni Award by VJTI. Alumni Association 2025. He is recipient of Indian Concrete Institute ICI Life Time Achievement Award 2025. He was President of CCMA ( Apex Body) of CC for six years and ViCE PRESIDENT of Indian Concrete Institute (ICI).
