As the Commercial Leasing Head and board member at Bhutani Infra, I proudly lead our organization’s leasing and pre-leased asset sales division, curating one of the region\'s most dynamic commercial portfolios. My strategic direction has propelled Bhutani Infra to celebrate landmark achievements, notably the acquisition of high-value assets such as the Logix portfolio. As part of my role, Bhutani Infra acquired and repositioned Logix Technopark and Cyberpark (now Bhutani Technopark 127 and Bhutani Cyberpark 62), a 0.6 and 1.32 million square foot integrated property in Noida, for around INR 1,500 crore respectively. I personally guided the feasibility evaluation, ensuring the asset met both operational and investment standards for long-term value creation. Post-acquisition, these assets were expertly leased out and subsequently transacted, generating significant private equity and establishing Bhutani Infra as a reference point for innovative asset turnarounds. My guidance in these strategic moves secured robust private equity inflows and showcased Bhutani’s ability to unlock value and drive returns using market-driven leasing strategies and competitive financial structuring. Throughout my career, I have been acknowledged as an industry expert, regularly featured in commercial real estate publications for expertise in leasing and investment sales. I have consistently built relationships with blue-chip tenants, ensuring properties are occupied by star tenants such as Infosys, and executed some of the sector’s most iconic sales transactions, including the sale and leasing of large corporate buildings to leading institutional investors.
