Provided subject matter expertise in development of target technical architecture for Targeting and Analysis Systems Program Office. Entity Resolution for Passenger Targeting, and ATS-RF – Lead – Led the team to design, develop and deploy solutions for various special priority projects like - entity resolution to support passenger targeting, ATS-RF.Framework for Intelligence Analysis– Project Manager and Architect – Led the team of 15 consultants from various consulting organization to design and develop the system. Was responsible for overall solution architecture task management of the project including the schedule, cost and budget for the project.
