Provided support to the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways as well as Heavy Industries in policypreparation. Initiated technology projects and contributed to the formulation of various AIS standards. Served as Chairman of the Technical Cell in CIRT and analyzed projects technically. Served as Convener for LNG regulation, BS VI Emission regulation, and its procedures. KPIT Technologies Ltd.APRIL 2012 - MARCH 2015 Led the Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle team with various COEs from concept to implementation andconverted Indica and Alto into PHEVs. Managed the project from planning and deliverables with a focus on cost, quality, and time using MSProject. Monitored and tracked the complete project from the delivery perspective, including the selection ofthe motor controller, battery specifications, motor, and other components.
