I am a competency Lead at JOHN DEERE India Technology Center. I am responsible for design direction aligned to Industrial Design language and Branding of John Deere products line. I have thorough understanding about Design trends, Branding, Product characteristic, persona & psychological perception about customers expectations and delivering feasible and sustainable design. Extremely Passionate about Off-roads and extreme machine, and hobby of sketching & designing vehicles forms, collecting timeless designs miniature models.

   Design directions on John Deere Vehicle forms aligned to Enterprise design and branding strategy - Lead group of designers for conceptualizing and executing the branding dress code ( Industrial Design Language) on any form of John Deere Machine - Key role of understanding the Vehicle architecture, functionality and hard points to conceptualize the design intent well in proportions and harmony- Applying tiering strategy in design for different series of Machine Vehicles forms- Mentor designer to understand the design intent, maintaining design and perceived quality, feasibility and tooling- Co-ordinate with Enterprise branding & Industrial design council advocating design intent referring to branding strategy and getting sign off of the designs for production approval- Lead timely review of designed concepts on vehicles forms with BMW. Designworks (John Deere\'s Design and branding partners ) for design intents alignment with branding strategy, set by Designworks for John Deere global products- Market Industrial design capability on behalf of Technology Center India to different global stake holders within John Deere to keep the team potential well engaged- Defining, documenting the Industrial Design process aligned to Enterprise Product design process while in execution of all project as best practice references.
