Conduct quality inspections and control of critical parameters for quality control and implement control plan to ensure compliance with industry standards.2. Monitoring and calibration of instruments and gauges to ensure wear or malfunctions in gauges to maintain standards and accurate measurements to reducing defects, Non-compliance10. Implimentation of 8D, CAPA, 5Why,4M, RCA to identify quality issue and ensuring problems are addressed comprehensively to prevent reoccurrence of issue in future11. Knowledge on identification, traceability, package and labeling.12. Identify and discussing non conformation related to product, measuring instruments with respective departments13. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards IATF 16949 and ISO 900114. Recording repeated defects for analysis and appropriate corrective action to enhance reliability of process and product
