Led the transformation of the organisation’s data and analytics capabilities by designing and implementing a modern Azure Data & AI platform, replacing legacy reporting systems and enabling scalable analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making across commercial and operational functions. Delivered enterprise data integrations across key operational systems, including passenger data integration between the Reservation platform and Ship PMS systems, ensuring seamless guest data flow between shore-side systems and onboard operations. Enabled advanced customer engagement and revenue uplift initiatives through integrations with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Plusgrade, supporting personalised marketing, upgrades, and ancillary revenue opportunities.Worked closely with senior leadership across commercial, finance, digital, and operational teams to embed data-driven decision-making into revenue management and operational strategy. Responsible for data platform strategy, architecture, governance, team leadership, and delivery oversight, ensuring secure, scalable, and business-aligned data capabilities.
