Heavily involved in the UAT testing for hourly recruitment processes, completing testing using JIRA, raising defects and escalating issues as appropriate. Responsible for organising and running training for a team of - 45 including creating training documentation, drop-in sessions and follow up sessions to ensure ay skills gaps are filled prior to ‘go-live’ This also involves reviewing and updating processes ensuring communication to the wider team and stakeholders, ensuring all new practices are aligned and embedded in new technologies.BAUSupport Salaried and Hourly teams to ensure recruitment is running efficiently and set up for successOffering Salaried and Hourly (high volume) recruitment support with sourcing, screening and selection, working with stakeholders to understand future hiring needs and providing end to end recruitment advisoryQuality assurance of internal and external job advertisements ensuring all content is accurate, working with job board providers and external agencies.Partner with Training teams, TA team, Operators and People Partners to ensure function efficiencyManaging queries from other functions relating to recruitment and external queries coming into therecruitment inbox escalating issues as requiredDesign and implementation of processes to ensure TA Team functions as a centre of excellence.Embedding recruitment metrics such as time to hire, conversion rates etc including regular reporting to stakeholders to gather useful insights and ensure TA is running to the best of its abilityUpdate team via regular communications on team/project updates aswell as other teams for wider business updates including any employment law changesResearch and implementation of best practice across onboarding and candidate experience, ensuring TA is in the best position to deliver this
