I am a Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and having been with the Firm for more than fifteen years, have experience in the areas of joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, divestments, business / asset transfers, franchise and distribution arrangements, corporate structuring and commercial contracts. My work also involves amongst other things, advising a wide array of multi-national clients on appropriate strategies in relation to investments in India, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and advising on all aspects of law that have a bearing on M&A transactions in India, including employment and labour, intellectual property, competition, foreign exchange, regulatory and real estate.
