Project Description: Euronet Worldwide is an American provider of global electronic payment services.It offers automated teller machines (ATM), point of sale (POS) services, credit/debit card services.Being the Team member my major responsibilities:• Working as backend support and resolve issue raised by Clinet.• Handling the database of the Euronet POS.• working on REN payment Switch.• Write SQL queries to resolve issue in UAT and live production environment.• Troubleshooting different types of error and validating occurred during ATM/terminal level environment• Checking Production Servers Log, identify where exactly exception & resolve the issue.• Doing deployment and patch on production at switch level.• Creating and assigning tickets as per priorities to the concerned team• Monitoring alter logs, creating files and directories• Monitoring the log files which is upgrading continuously• Deleting old log files and directories• Managing and coordinating the ASG (Application Support Group) calls to• discuss about system issues• Run SQL queries to get data for reporting• Provide Support to Client on 24/5 Basics
