   I lead all commercial expansion and improvement efforts relating to procuring, selling, and leasing offshore drilling rigs for a deepwater drilling contractor in the petroleum industry. • Oversee organization with responsibility across Supply Chain, Marketing, and Strategy groups. Manage major vendor relationships and develop productive contract models to enhance partnerships on both sides of the business.• Deliver long-term strategic plans to Board of Directors regarding acquisitions, investments, contracting models, potential environmental, social, and governance (ESG) opportunities, and more. Lead in-depth discussions to achieve maximum buy-in and build successful roadmaps.• Partner with Finance team to develop returns analysis related to potential acquisitions and investitures. Work closely with operational counterpoints on executive team to define new sales models that target ideal clients and markets.Select Achievements• Revamped and realigned contracting model between sales and procurement functions to eliminate financial consequences of misalignment.
