Define and monitor operational KPIs along with project execution methodology and strategy in accordance with company procedures.• Focal point towards global management and securing financial targets.• Project portfolio management by developing and continuously improving processes, instructions and adopting best practices.• Full involvement in HSE and ensuring that all projects adhere to HSE requirement. Implementing a structured approach including method statements, risk management, hazard observations, incident analysis and lessons learned. • Oversight of tenders and full cost model. Provide cost estimates for future projects and take accountability jointly with specific department.• Act as point of escalation for claim management (up- & down-stream)• Management of line managers and functional responsibility for sub-departments (engineering, operations support, construction and erection).• Work closely with all departments across interdisciplinary matrix organization and responsible for all projects within the portfolio. • Contract management, subcontracting of construction and erection works.• Negotiation of supplier and subcontractors claims and variation orders.• Responsible for resource planning for ongoing and forecasted projects.
