I joined as a junior associate in Ford and have climbed the ladder to become a leader in manufacturing process & operations. In these 2 decades with Ford, I have worked in all the facets of Automobile Manufacturing. From Design Reviews, Delivery of a Car; Managing an SBU; Managing overall Infrastructure of the Plant; Working with Labor Unions, Government Officials & Sr Management. I have defined KPIs and KRAs for reducing the Cost Leaks in the plant. Conflict Management, Emergency Resolution has always been my forte. My current stint in Ford is to manage Employee Relations for smooth exit of the labor & supporting the Sr Management in disinvestment of the plant. I look forward to working with Industry Stalwarts in critical Programs.
