Continuation of the role at Glint following the transfer from LinkedIn to Microsoft* People Manager of a team of Technical Consultants and solutions experts that will support our Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation consultant teams throughout the pre-sales, and post-sales client management to ensure a delightful customer experience- Work with senior leaders to develop a strategy to identify customer requirements mapped to Microsoft technology to be integrated into the solution to maximise usage- Coach teams to utilise processes and tooling to identify project and technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle being led by the customer project team, and lead teams to offer recommendations to mitigate risks- Lead teams to help customers deploy features and/or services launched by other teams- Coach teams to monitor internal data quality dashboards to determine customers\' and partners\' usage health post-launch- Lead teams to collect and encourage feedback through various tools from highly prominent, challenging and/or complex customers and partners- Utilise resources and deep technical expertise to resolve escalations and provides support to teams to do so- Lead teams to interact with highly prominent, challenging and/or complex customers- Encourage team to engage in partner enablement activities- Develop best practices for an area for customer stories and product usage.
