This involves leading the team and the engineering behind the customer experience for all service impacting events that occur on Azure. This includes, but is not limited to outages, maintenance events, service retirements, all RCA communications and the Azure service health experience. A very strong believer that transparency is the key to building trust in the cloud. Outages are inevitable, but eroding trust as a result, is not. This 247 team is situated around the globe across the US, Dublin-Ireland and Sydney-Australia. Leading the cross cloud experience so that all Microsoft cloud products (M365, D365, Intune) respond with one Microsoft voice during crisis.
