Responsible for identifying the need for improvements in overall HR processes- Design & Implement policies & procedures as per company standards- Identify the Training needs of employees and design training programs accordingly- Responsible for customizing and delivering training solutions for employees with a focus on enhancing knowledge, skills and attitudes- Regularly conducting one on one Feedback Sessions, Individual Development Programs and Call Audits for individual professionals-Internally Deliver Training Sessions on Communication skills, Time Management, Image Management, Presentation skills, Behavioural skills etc- Schedule batches for various training programs and coordinate with external Trainers- Create content for Learning & Development, Call/Chat Scripts, Email Templates and Canned responses for Customer Support Agents.
