ABOUT SAMIKSHA RAIEN

An MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management with hands-on experience in soft tissue robotic systems, I bring a strong blend of clinical insight, business acumen, and marketing expertise to the medical technology sector. Over the past year at Meril Life Sciences, I have worked on two flagship robotic platforms, Mizzo Flex and Mizzo Endo where I delivered commercial trainings, supported KOL engagement, and contributed to two successful system installations. My role spanned product demonstrations, training content development and marketing support enabling stronger adoption and positioning in key markets.My internships and early career gave me comprehensive exposure to hospital operations, underwriting, and patient care, equipping me with the ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics from the ground up. This background has honed my skills in product training, strategic account support, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.I am passionate about healthcare innovation and go-to-market strategies, I aim to bridge the gap between technology and its end users, ensuring smoother adoption, stronger market presence, and measurable outcomes. I am now looking to leverage my MBA, healthcare knowledge, and experience in marketing, product management, or market development roles within the healthcare and medical device industry.
