I am a Project Engineer at Deacon Construction, LLC, where I have been working since June 2022. I am a Master\'s student in Construction Management from University of Washington, graduated in April 2023. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. My core competencies include Construction Planning and Management, Project Estimation, Project Scheduling and 2D/3D drafting.In my current role, I collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Service officials to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of various construction projects. I apply my skills in Procore, AutoCAD, BIM, and other software tools to review, prepare, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documents. I also assist in obtaining Permits, Coordinating Procurement, and generating progress reports. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices in the construction industry, and I aim to contribute to the innovation and sustainability of Deacon Construction\'s projects. I value teamwork, diversity, and quality in my work, and I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
