With 10+ years of experience in the IT industry as a Software developer, Devops engineer, Scrum master, and Product Owner, I have worked on all aspects of product development. My recent Masters from University of Washington was from Communication Leadership degree, where I learned the nuances of product design, customer gratification and gained valuable leadership skills.My current role is of a Product Owner in one of world\'s biggest public utility companies, Pacific Gas & Electric. I handle a team of 15 people, which involves developers, designer, testing and sales team. I work with stakeholders towards continuous improvement in the PSPS module, responsible for fire-based electricity shutdown issues across California.In my 8 years of work experience with MindTree Ltd, I worked for esteemed clients like Microsoft and Amex. I worked on development with technologies like Azure Devops.Net, MVC, SQL, HTML, Css and Javascript. For my Devops role, I also handled critical customer tickets with turnaround of 30 mins while I handled production data.In my role as Community Manager with CommLead Consultancy at University of Washington, I got the opportunity to collaborate with 100+ nonprofits organizations across Seattle. This role involved handling multiple projects simultaneously, leading project scope meetings between volunteers and clients and taught me valuable leadership skills.I am a collaborative team player who values diversity and has experience working with individuals from various backgrounds.
