I am a Partner Quality Analyst at ByteDance, the leading global content platform, where I advise on regulatory and policy issues for TikTok India and Vigo India, two of the company\'s popular products. I have nearly 5 years of total experience in content operations, and I joined ByteDance in 2019 as a Content Specialist. In my current role, I manage a team of 15-20 User Ops Specialists, ensuring that they adhere to the trust and safety guidelines and SLAs for timeliness, accuracy, and quality. I also act as the point of contact and escalation for any staff members\' issues with regards to knowledge gap, SOP confusion, etc. I work closely with the Global Policy team and provide suggestions for improving users\' experiences, product function, and operation strategy, to XFN teams, thereby contributing to the product\'s overall strategy. I have successfully handled major policy issues, such as minor content compliance, and conducted gap analysis and training plans for the outsourcing teams. I hold a master\'s degree in media studies from Calcutta University, where I graduated in 2017. I also have a bachelor\'s degree in English literature from the same university. I have completed certifications in data analytics essentials and T&S Google Sheet Champions, which have enhanced my skills in big data analytics and scrum. I am passionate about content creation, moderation, and analysis, and I aim to leverage my domain expertise and skills to deliver high-quality and engaging content for ByteDance\'s global audience.
