I was initially invited to participate as an affiliate and guest for Timeless, but due to the strong engagement and reach of the social media content I created, I was subsequently offered the opportunity to host the Cosplay Competition in 2023. This role involved curating and managing a team of judges and special guests, as well as coordinating structured photo opportunities and ensuring smooth on-site operations.In my first year, I achieved the highest ticket sales of any affiliate and helped drive exceptional engagement with event partners, leading to my continued involvement in 2024. I was invited to return not only to host the expanded Cosplay Competition but also to lead multiple gaming tournaments in partnership with Sneak Energy. Our cosplay event drew one of the largest crowds of the day and became a standout moment of the entire weekend.The 2024 edition of Timeless sold out completely without the use of paid advertising—an incredible milestone for such a young event—and I am proud to have played a key role in its success. Timeless holds a special place in my heart, not only for the professional opportunities it has provided but also for the meaningful connections and collaborations I’ve been fortunate to build within the gaming and cosplay communities.
