I am a passionate and dedicated professional in creating equitable, regenerative, and just systems. I am a driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic program manager, trauma-informed facilitator, strategic planner, capacity builder, and solidarity worker with a wide breadth of skills and interests. My work has primarily centered on environmental & ecological conservation, food sovereignty and nutrition, and asset-based community development. I equip and co-power historically marginalized and intentionally pauperized community members so they are able to sustainably transform their world to better suit their needs. Throughout my career, I have focused on strengthening capacity and building long-term coalitions. I aim to further my career in Agroecology, Environment, and Social Systems by connecting communities with the common goal of dismantling large scale systems of oppression, and co-creating new systems that work for Us, by Us.I am also a skilled facilitator, practitioner, and life-long learner of non-violent communication and Trauma-Informed Approach. I consistently intend to leverage my privileges to stand in solidarity with those afforded fewer or less visible privileges than myself.
