I head the consumer fraud and product liability practice at Cornerstone Research. I also serve on the firm’s executive committee and its conflict resolution committee. I have been recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a Global Leader among competition economists.I specialize in analyzing economic, marketing, and statistical (econometrics) issues in competition, consumer fraud, product liability, antitrust, healthcare, breach of contract, and intellectual property matters. I frequently consult on economic and marketing issues related to liability, class certification, and damages.My experience covers a variety of industries, including automobiles, tech, oil and gas, airlines, genetically modified crops, herbicides, and telecommunications.
