ABOUT SAMI ALSHAIBI
A graduate from the University of Strathclyde in International Business with Marketing. I am an avid learner and university has allowed me to expand my social, academic and professional skills significantly.I come from a mixed background being half Bahraini and half Scottish. Having lived in the middle east, the UK and Austria I have had the pleasure of meeting people from all walks of life. This has allowed me to develop a rich understanding of people and how different culture shapes them.I have experience in several industries such as energy, marketing, manufacturing, retail, customer service, logistics, banking, mechanics and the social sector. My current and previous employment, volunteering experience, hobbies and extracurricular activities have helped me develop a diverse range of complementary skills and experiences. These make me a well rounded, skilled and capable individual that is able to excel in any role I take.I currently work at SSE PLC as a Graduate Trainee developing a variety of skills such as data analysis, project management, and stakeholder management.
