Serve as an Executive Coach for CoachSource clients in a variety of industries to further their abilities to manage change, be positive role models, and strategically develop their career and professional reputation. I partner with clients to become more effective in their communication, executive presence, team leadership, collaborating with peers, boards, and other stakeholders and making conscious career development plans to leverage their time and resources wisely. I utilize the Hogan Assessment and The Leadership Circle 360 Profile for my work with on-boarding, developing and assisting my clients with leadership development and career plans. I also utilize Conversational Intelligence® work, which helps my clients understand their own biochemistry and the power of conversations to build self-awareness, improve communication and engagement, increase trust, and positively influence cultures with their elevated conversational intelligence - thus leading their organizations to the next level of greatness. I also use various tools to measure the ROI of our coaching engagements to enrich and inform the value of this investment.
