   As a Certified Care Technician (CCT), I served as a direct patient caregiver, assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing essential nursing support. My responsibilities included taking vital signs, performing EKGs and phlebotomy, and assisting with bedside care such as bathing, mouth care, and skin care. I provided patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s physical condition, educational needs, safety considerations, and age-specific requirements.I supported effective and safe patient outcomes through sound judgment, critical thinking, and attentive practice. I maintained ongoing communication with patients and nursing staff regarding changes in patient status and care needs. Additionally, I collaborated with the healthcare team in developing and implementing patients’ plans of care from admission through discharge to ensure a safe and smooth transition.
