About Samia Farah

For the last 9+ years, I have been working in commercial real estate, representing owners and tenants of commercial, industrial, retail, office, and multifamily properties, as well as development site owners across the New York metropolitan area. My goal is to increase the value of my clients’ properties through expert brokerage services and cutting-edge market knowledge.I was born and raised in Ecuador and graduated from the Central University in Quito with a degree in International Business. I later worked for the Ecuadorian Government as an administrative coordinator for the Vice President of Congress. In 2001, I moved to the United States and settled in Queens, where I continue to live today.I began my U.S. career at MassMutual in financial services and transitioned into real estate in 2016. I excelled at Greiner-Maltz Investment Properties before advancing to KSRNY, where I continue to grow professionally in the commercial real estate field.I speak fluent Spanish and English.In my spare time, I enjoy tennis and golf, attending Sunday Mass, and spending time with my family. I am a proud mother of a daughter who graduated from the University of Wisconsin and a son who is now a junior at NYIT. They inspire me every day, and I am truly proud of both of them. I also share my home with a very cute toy poodle.
