Conduct needs assessments, focus groups, and surveys as training development and evaluation tools• Supervise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) facilitators and Courageous Conversation facilitators• Supervise local multicultural committee DEI benchmarks at specifically assigned state operatedfacilities• Attend meetings on behalf of DMHAS and OMHE• Provide training and technical assistance to facility DEI, Multicultural Committees, and TrainingManagers• Prepare reports, newsletters, agenda as needed for meetings• Chair the Office of the Commissioner\'s Multicultural Committee• Chair the Statewide Multicultural Advisory Council• Assist in coordinating special projects requested and assigned by the Commissioner• Research and develop course curricula, outlines and content• Select and develop training methods and material• Research learning material and resources• Provide direction to subject matter experts utilized within training program and provide train-the-trainerservices within program area• Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes including instructor performance, participant progressand consumer satisfaction• Provide technical assistance and consultation to agency managers and/or staff of organizations whichparticipate in particular training program(s)• Organize and maintain up to date training materials for courses within training program and coordinatedistribution of materials to instructors as needed• Provide consultative services to agency managers regarding organization development• Understand and research State and Federal laws, statues, and regulations as it relates to culturalcompetency• Create or make recommendations on development of policies and procedures as it relates to Diversity,Equity, and Inclusion• Plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate a comprehensive training program• Establish and coordinate training calendar and develop training program objectives
