Dr Sam Hoste is a professional and strategic leader with a proven commercial background fostering innovation and innovation cultures in SMEs to Multi-Nationals. He has a track record of successfully delivering whole sector supply chain innovation (Systems Innovation) and leading multi-disciplinary teams across companies to deliver significant change.For 2 1/2 years I was instrumental in developing and latterly leading as COO the new Centre of Innovation Excellence in Livestock (CIEL). This is one of the UK\'s new industry-led Agri-Food Tech\'s Centres. CIEL is a £27m investment by Government together with matched co-funding by 13 of the UK\'s leading Universities. It has a growing Industry Membership (currently 19) spanning genetics, nutrition, animal health, processing and retailers.
