   As part of the AESS (Advanced Energy & Stapling Solutions) team at J&J MedTech, I am gaining in-depth exposure to the commercial side of advanced surgical technologies. I assist in field sales activities, observe energy-based surgical procedures in the OR and support the team in building product awareness across hospitals. The role is sharpening my understanding of the medtech sales cycle, clinical engagement and the strategic positioning of specialty surgical devices in a competitive market.
