I am part of a collaborative international legal team operating across London, New York, and Stockholm, and report directly to the General Counsel. As Legal Counsel, I provide strategic legal support across a wide range of commercial matters spanning the company’s global operations. My focus includes drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including podcast content and distribution contracts, advertising sales agreements, and bespoke brand partnership deals and campaigns. I work closely with teams across the UK & Ireland, as well as supporting our content and sales functions globally, advising on legal, compliance and commercial issues affecting strategy, content creation, communications, and more.
