I lead the Audience Experiences team, owning the expression of our brands across multiple platforms and shaping journeys that lead people from discovery to donation. I also lead AI experimentation, with a focus on building meaningful prototypes and pursuing funding for AI initiatives. I have direct oversight of the product, design and data teams and collaborate closely with our newsroom the shape audience engagement initiatives.Led a cross-functional team of more than 30 people to overhaul the WNYC mobile app. The year-long project included user research, development and a multi-platform brand marketing campaign. The launch supported strategic goals and a fundraising effort aligned to WNYC’s centennial. The new app doubled daily sessions per user and created an engine for enriching the audience data in our CRM.
