Assignments include: Helped the National Crime Agency (NCA) improve their organisational agility by conducting a thorough assessment, developing an Agile Transformation Roadmap, and prioritising four key recommendations. Sam provided coaching and training to NCA leaders, upskilled their people, and enhanced Agile-Portfolio Management, all of which helped the NCA lead the UK\'s fight against serious and organised crime. Sam serves as an Executive Coach for the Project Leadership Programme in the UK Government, where he provided one-to-one coaching for senior leaders at Civil Service Grades 6 to SDS levels. His coaching focused on developing skills and competencies needed to manage complex projects, lead teams, and drive strategic change. His reputation as an effective coach stems from his ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. His coaching had a lasting impact on the careers of many senior leaders in the UK Government. Sam also led a team of 25 coaches for the Technology division of a Tier One Bank as the Global Head of Agile Coaching for Wealth & Personal Banking. He developed and executed an Agile Coaching strategy, facilitating the bank\'s largest Agile Transformation to date. He implemented the Coaching-for-All programme, which received an outstanding 85% helpfulness rating, and designed bespoke training, coaching, and facilitation sessions for senior leaders to improve working practices and mindset.
