ABOUT SAM FISHER
Having started at REL Field Marketing directly from university, I have worked in many departments in both client facing and central services roles. When in role as Account Director, I managed one of the biggest TUPE transfers to have taken place within the industry and supported many of our key client’s new business set-ups.A number of years ago, I headed up our Transformation programme across all departments within the company. The project incorporated assessing, researching and implementing new system solutions to secure the company for future growth. This included solutions for our HR, Finance and Payroll departments as well as our Strategic and Tactical teams.I also work closely with our Mystery Shopping division to enhance their offering to clients and assess and streamline their internal procedures to ensure efficiency throughout the business.
