   In this role, I spearhead highly technical, critical operation training programs, including flight/ground operations support and aircraft cyber security curriculum. I foster partnerships with non-NATO ally governments, enabling sale of military aircraft and delivery of loaders and field training for defense forces. I consistently nurture partnerships that create Aircraft Network Security and offering comprehensive safety penetration testing. I cultivate strategic relationships, leading to annual ground operations support contract that has doubled in volume over three years. Additionally, I conceptualize and employ operations audits to increase summer season payload through implementation of flight operations engineering tactics. Some of my key contributions include: • Developed preventive maintenance and field support contracts for multiple government clients, maintaining equipment fielding capability, supporting routine operations, and doubling annual maintenance revenue. • Awarded multi-year contract, providing full flight operations and engineering support in MENA region, including in-flight testing and aircraft performance auditing. • Increased client revenue by $4K per takeoff, implementing recommendations following thorough analysis of departure runway data. • Contributed to paperless cockpits and process automation, allowing yearly cost savings of over $300K per aircraft. • Combined forces with OneWorld Alliance partners, MROs, defence forces to develop multimillion-dollar ground support equipment sale contracts and field service venture. • Created unique opportunities in UAE, Iraq and Libya, capitalizing on relationships in these territories to support airport expansion projects and related infrastructure.
