Oversees the writing, editing, organization, and distribution of Reappointment and Promotion Papers for tenure-track Faculty members, coordinating with both the Electrical Engineering Executive Committee (EE ExCom) and the School of Engineering Executive Committee (SoE ExCom) to ensure rigorous standards are met. This includes solicitation of letters of recommendation from supervised students, postdocs, and peers, extended review processes alongside delegated Promotion Committees, and regular communication with all tenure-track Faculty members and Department Chair.* Assists in the administrative facilitation of all Faculty Searches for new Assistant and Associate level professors, including development of evaluation criteria, application review and processing, and interview scheduling, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and hiring initiatives based on specific areas of research.* Processes appointments including but not limited to Visiting Scholars, Visiting Professors, and Academic Research Staff at the broader department level while coordinating alongside principal investigators, faculty administrators, and the Dean’s Office of the School of Engineering.* Provides support for regular Faculty-related events and procedures including weekly group lunches, onboarding of new Faculty members, financial requisitions, timekeeping, retirement plans and receptions, and honorarium distribution for Adjunct lecturers and professors.* Serves as the lead administrator for the EE Faculty Awards Committee (FAC) and as a supportive liaison for the Stanford Electrical Engineering Staff (SEES) Committee.
