Sam has received a Certificate as a certified Negotiator from the London School of Economics. Sam is a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®, Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (NVAR), Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC), in addition to the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS).
