Leading channel marketing strategy for the VIA segment across Europe while driving growth and visibility in the northern European markets across the whole Seagate portfolio. Working closely with partners—distributors, resellers, and system integrators—to build and execute joint marketing plans, allocate co-marketing funds, and ensure measurable ROI from all initiatives. I collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and product teams to create campaigns, content, and thought leadership tailored to the evolving needs of the surveillance and AI landscape. I also represent Seagate at key industry events and stay close to emerging trends in the physical security and storage space.This role allows me to blend strategic planning with hands-on execution—aligning regional channel marketing with vertical-specific expertise to support Seagate’s leadership in the AI-enabled surveillance market.
