I enjoy strategizing, planing and executing, and this has made me good at what I do.I am proud to serve as the Delivery Leader for 8 western states and 2 provinces with CDM Smith – driving day-to-day operational excellence, managing the P&L, and growing revenue and operating income. As I received more complex projects early in my career (plants, systems, and treatment facilities), the scope of my responsibilities increased to where I was leading major initiatives – shepherding them from planning and design through to construction and completion (with single project budgets up to >$120+M). I not only realized that I enjoyed the 360⁰ leadership view, but that I could make an even larger impact on the organization, the stakeholders, and the finished projects from this vantage point.Within a few years and with increasing responsibilities and successes, I earned a spot in my employer’s prestigious in-house Executive Training Program, igniting a passion for Operations, Management, and Leadership.
